A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to support technical pre-sales and post-sales efforts while fostering customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Lead customer Proof of Concepts and provide guidance on best practices for product usage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect experience
• 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of its technologies
• Experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
• Preferred: Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and familiarity with networking and authentication protocols
