Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst (TAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and processes to identify trends impacting functionality and user satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues via phone or electronic interactions
• Work cross-functionally to manage escalations and document user problems to prevent re-occurrence

Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field with 1-2 years of SaaS support experience
• Aptitude for data analysis or Quality Assurance experience
• Experience supporting APIs, Oauth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML
• 1-2 years of RDBMS experience, preferably with SQL Server
• Experience with performance monitoring technologies and diagnostic tools is a plus
