Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and functionality of systems supporting the Health Information Exchange Portal and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logs and data to identify patterns and resolve issues efficiently
• Troubleshoot API and connectivity issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Refine technical processes for efficiency and mentor junior staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of computer science principles, programming, and system ownership, including API support
• Experience with healthcare IT and integrations, including SSO standards such as OIDC and SAML 2.0
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
• Intermediate to advanced fluency in KQL, Python, SQL, and SOQL
• Familiarity with networking principles and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
