Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer, Acute & Payer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers to drive adoption of the platform
• Build customer-focused relationships to identify business and technical challenges and develop solutions
• Participate in sales proposal generation and create client-facing content to accelerate the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Senior experience with SaaS implementation or technical support
• SaaS sales support experience preferred
• Knowledge of health IT, including EHRs, population health, and HIEs is preferred
• Proven experience in serving clients, including roles in consulting, sales, or customer success
