Key Responsibilities

• Oversees a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of applications
• Establishes functional application requirements and reviews solutions to meet organizational needs
• Contributes to strategic planning and establishes departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 10 or more years of experience in application development, including management experience
• Experience building solutions for a user community of over 10,000 users
• 5+ years of experience in building productivity solutions
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation in application development
