Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate application behavior while collaborating with the software development team and end users
  • Perform EDI system configuration and integrations for B2B data exchange
  • Assist in troubleshooting efforts and maintain documentation for knowledge management
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software support, reporting services, and B2B data management systems
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of programming languages, including C# and T-SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and integrated development environments like Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and EDI
