Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Specialist, Inbound, supporting the Eastern United States remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, providing education on the Knock Bridge Loan
  • Resolve inquiries and provide technical assistance while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support the learning experiences of others
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to work Eastern hours from 9 am to 6 pm
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Real estate license preferred or extensive experience working with agents
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
