Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Licensing Consultant Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with onboarding and expanding their use of cloud solutions
• Provide support for cloud portal issues and CSP-related queries
• Ensure customer satisfaction by working with internal teams to deliver solutions within designated SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in Microsoft CSP program and Microsoft Licensing
• Experience with other cloud solutions such as Adobe, AWS, and Google
• Proven history of excellent customer service and accountability
• Strong organizational skills with an understanding of IT operations
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing cloud platforms and workflows
