Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICEO Peer Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and meet each client's unique needs while delivering a white-glove experience
• Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize appropriate resources
• Leverage a network of connections to benefit clients and deliver insights on business trends

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level or relevant consultative experience
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and development
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
• Experience with involuntary terminations is preferred
• Collaborative mindset with experience in team-oriented environments
