Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive software inventory and assess licensing and compliance
• Document findings, communicate with internal teams and vendors, and recommend alternative tools
• Generate reports on software usage, compliance status, and support audits and license checks

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software asset management, IT operations, or business analysis
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Tanium)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
• Experience in generating reports and providing data-driven insights
