Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow HRSD Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Aligns technology solutions with business strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates them for programmers and vendors
• Supports complex business processes and works on multiple HR projects, focusing on Global Onboarding/Offboarding initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required
• Strong understanding of global HR business processes, particularly Onboarding and Offboarding
• Project management skills to handle diverse projects and meet deadlines
