Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Strategy Consultant to drive profit and growth through detailed strategy analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external business metrics to provide recommendations for improving growth and profitability
• Assess competitive market position and develop market-driven solutions for products and coverage offerings
• Create and maintain business documents, project plans, and performance monitoring solutions to track portfolio execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Basic underwriting knowledge is desired (i.e., CPCU coursework)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with project and program management support
