Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and requests
Monitor loan accounts, including collections, payments, and collateral verification
Assist with various company audits and cross-sell additional services to clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of five (5) years of experience handling commercial transactions
Knowledge of commercial and financial documents, including tax returns and financial statements
Basic understanding of insurance requirements and real estate taxes
College degree in Accounting or Business preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
