Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Architect - CIS-TSM and CIS-CSM for a remote contract position in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects involving AD, Kafka/Stream connect, UI Builder, CSMB2C, and Adobe Experience Manager/Pega
• Utilize extensive knowledge of ServiceNow to provide architectural guidance and consultancy
• Work independently while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Essential certifications in CIS - CSM and CIS - TSM
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is required
• Proven experience in a lead or architect role
• Experience with integration technologies and tools
