Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote ServiceNow HRSD best practices and leverage out-of-the-box solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into HRSD solutions
• Analyze and enhance HR processes, configure HRSD modules, and support HR workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Development experience within ServiceNow HRSD modules
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies
• Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
