Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Expert - AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine content for accuracy and relevance in ServiceNow Consultancy
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications of experts
• Moderate chats and provide support for project-related questions
• Review and evaluate tasks completed by experts, providing feedback and editing content as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management/Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or Information Technology
• At least 5 years of professional experience with ServiceNow software
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Willingness to learn new methods and adapt to complex guidelines
• Ability to work remotely with a laptop and internet connection
