M365 Migration Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M365 Migration Consultant/Specialist to assist with tenant-to-tenant migrations for Infrastructure customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute migrations of Exchange and SharePoint environments to Microsoft 365
• Use migration tools such as Quest On Demand Migration and ShareGate to ensure secure transitions
• Assess existing environments, identify risks, and create migration plans and timelines

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects, focusing on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand Migration and ShareGate
• Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Entra ID Connect
• Strong skills in Active Directory architecture and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation in M365 environments
