Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager - ServiceNow Configuration Manager (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive CMDB roadmap aligned with business goals and ITIL standards
• Establish CMDB governance policies and procedures for high-quality data management
• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB per the CSDM framework, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle management of critical CI classes

Required Qualifications

• In-depth experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules
• Proficiency in CMDB data modeling, including CI class categorization and relationship mapping
• Solid understanding and application of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
• Experience in the healthcare domain or medical center IT operations is beneficial
