Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation support for Dynamics Business Central (BC) or NAV
• Troubleshoot and configure the D365 BC Dealer Management System
• Utilize and understand the Jobs/Project Module functionality for larger dealers

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics Business Central (BC) or NAV
• Knowledge of Dynamics CE - Field Services
• Familiarity with the Jobs/Project Module
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
• Experience with minimal customizations in D365 systems
