Key Responsibilities

• Implement ITOM solutions and perform hands-on development tasks including configuration and customization
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring and application management tools
• Design and modify ServiceNow components and manage MID Servers for seamless operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in application, infrastructure, and database architecture
• Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing principles
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow module configuration and integration
• Familiarity with automation and third-party software integrations
