Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst & Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Process Consultants during client workshops and ServiceNow implementations
• Capture business requirements, create process flow diagrams, and document business cases
• Prepare training materials and lead client training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, minimally in ITSM
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in documenting and gathering requirements for technology deployments
• Experience in developing test scripts and training materials
• Additional experience in areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, or HRSD is helpful but not mandatory
