Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across various modules
• Lead the development of the ServiceNow roadmap and define governance for platform usage
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or ITOM
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
• Proven experience with ServiceNow application development, scripting, and workflows
