Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain identity lifecycle processes using SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Develop custom rules, reports, and workflows to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Strong proficiency in Java or BeanShell, including object-oriented design and development
• Hands-on experience developing custom rules, email templates, reports, connectors, and/or workflows
• Familiarity with identity governance concepts such as provisioning, certification, and role-based access control
