Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Operations Specialist II (DQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients
• Identify discrepancies and enter information into applicable systems
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to service offerings

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1+ years of experience in a general office setting or a combination of experience and post-secondary education
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
• Proficient in the use of a PC and navigating multiple screens and programs
• Willingness to participate in background check/fingerprinting requirements
