Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer with expertise in EHR systems and digital health platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy and execution for EHR-integrated experiences across web and mobile applications
• Design solutions aligned to clinical documentation, diagnostic workflows, and patient monitoring dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead workshops with stakeholders and clinical partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience, preferably in health tech or regulated industries
• Proven track record designing for EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth)
• Experience designing for API-first platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare software constraints
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree preferred
