• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio showcasing work in design, real estate, education, or healthcare is preferred
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Familiar with AI design tools and project management systems
