Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to translate customer and business needs into engaging digital experiences
- Lead and mentor team members in design strategy, research, and execution
- Drive end-to-end product design and facilitate workshops to align with business needs
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in User Experience design
- Experience designing for cross-channel experiences
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch and/or Figma
- Experience managing a cross-functional team
