Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate customer-facing documentation for products
• Own the documentation process for feature releases, from exploration to publishing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex product information

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or content development, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and consistency
• Experience writing documentation for end-users and developers, including knowledge of REST APIs
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Google Workspace and Zendesk Guide
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
