Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer (Admin Assistant).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to DoDEA's Infrastructure Programs branch leadership
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate meeting minutes
• Assist with onboarding new employees and manage documentation for hiring processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Federal or DoD environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET or Interim SECRET clearance
