Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Creator Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and execution for the full creator lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, activation, and content creation
• Design and refine onboarding experiences to accelerate early success and reduce drop-off
• Develop a deep understanding of creators through research and data analysis to translate insights into scalable product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Product Leader in consumer-facing products, preferably in marketplaces or creator-focused platforms
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision and drive cross-functional execution
• Strong product and design sensibility with a proven track record of delivering user-centric experiences
• Experience using tools like Amplitude for data-driven decision making
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments with a focus on experimentation and adaptability
