Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical advisor and represent the voice of the customer to influence engineering and accelerate customer deployment
  • Deliver client-specific initiatives requiring integration, product development, and customization to achieve Positive Business Outcomes
  • Manage delivery impediments, risks, and issues while leading cross-functional team initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS/CX/CCaaS domain
  • Knowledge of REST/JSON API for system integrations
  • Familiarity with software languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby, and Python
  • Understanding of common enterprise software platforms like SFDC, Dynamics, and Oracle
  • High-level knowledge of relational databases and MongoDB
