Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for higher education clients to achieve goals and drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client institutions
  • Proactively assess client needs and align solutions to maximize success with LMS and VCMS offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sales, focusing on the higher education market
  • Experience with higher education institutions utilizing LMS and/or VCMS
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success software, such as Salesforce
