Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and e-file the Company's annual consolidated Federal and state income tax returns and quarterly estimated payments
• Reconcile general ledger trial balances and assist with forecasting taxable income and tax attributes
• Respond to notices from tax authorities and support preparation of journal entries for tax provisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree is a plus
• Completion of CPA exam
• 2-4 years of tax experience, preferably with a public accounting firm
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Familiarity with corporate tax software and financial reporting systems
