Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bulk calling to assess candidate suitability for various positions

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in bulk calling and hiring
• Experience recruiting in NORAM/EMEA/LATAM
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and social media for sourcing candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
