Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiting Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support over 100 recruitment events annually to align with talent acquisition goals
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and training of the Travel Team and manage logistics for national conferences
• Develop budgeting strategies and provide regular reporting on event performance and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
