Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Designer with strong research expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct qualitative research, including B2B interviews and data synthesis
• Visualize research findings into high-impact service design artifacts such as journey maps and service blueprints
• Facilitate strategic workshops to identify opportunities and deliver tailored insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in service design and qualitative research
• 3+ years of experience creating visual synthesis outputs like stakeholder maps and journey maps
• Understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and audience positioning
• A degree in Service Design, HCI, Design Strategy, Behavioral Science, or related fields
• Proficiency in visual storytelling tools such as Figma or Miro
