Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Design Director - Head of Incubation Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision, priorities, and culture for the Incubation Lab
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, technologists, and strategists
• Guide the design and prototyping of novel digital experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
• 15+ years of experience in design, creative technology, or product innovation
• 5+ years in a creative leadership or management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage cross-functional teams
• Deep expertise in visual design craft and the full innovation lifecycle
