Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance CRM capabilities by collaborating with stakeholders and developing technology solutions to improve sales effectiveness
• Maintain and configure Salesforce, including creating reports, dashboards, and managing data quality
• Support end users through training and troubleshooting assistance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications, including Certified Administrator and either Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering or configuring Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
