Oracle Database Administrator - job 1 of 8

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to lead the migration from Oracle Database to Nutanix NDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a migration plan from Oracle DB to Nutanix NDB
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers for timely execution and issue resolution
• Build and configure Nutanix NDB environments and drive automation and backup strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c/21c, including ASM, RAC, and Data Guard
• Proven experience with physical and logical migrations, including multitenant architecture
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix NDB provisioning, cloning, and backup operations
• Advanced Linux system administration skills and experience with hypervisors
• Ability to design and validate backup and DR strategies using Nutanix-integrated tools
