Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Crisis Assessment Counselor - Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient involvement in treatment and education through individual, group, and family counseling
• Conducts mental health assessments and provides therapeutic interventions for discharge planning
• Acts as a liaison for child and adult protective teams and addresses issues of abuse and neglect

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Full-time availability for the scheduled shift (2 pm - 12 am)
• Experience in counseling and crisis assessment
• Knowledge of mental health resources and community support systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
• Understanding of psychosocial risk factors and discharge planning processes
