Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst responsible for leading data analytics and performance metrics within the Customer Experience organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely and accurate execution aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee daily reporting operations and deliver actionable data insights to stakeholders
  • Manage complex ad hoc data requests and develop, automate, and optimize reporting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in data analytics in a multi-channel contact center environment
  • At least 4 years of experience with Tableau for dashboard building and report automation
  • At least 4 years of experience using Alteryx for data transformation and automation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation techniques
