Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Red Team Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Red and Purple team engagements to validate security controls and incident response
• Conduct hands-on technical testing and develop comprehensive reports for technical and executive audiences
• Manage small red teams and enhance existing service offerings and security testing capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in offensive security testing, including web application security and red teaming
• Experience with security assessment tools and scripting/programming languages
• Knowledge of network vulnerability assessments and open security testing standards
• Offensive Security Certification, such as OSWP, OSCP, or equivalent
