Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Track service metrics to ensure SLAs are met
• Oversee incoming tickets and work requests, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate with the technical team for service updates and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in an enterprise IT department
• Experience in service delivery and operational metrics
• Familiarity with CyberArk, HashiVault, and related tools
• Experience using MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint
