Senior QA Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. QA Manager to lead its QA strategy and oversee a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy aligned with product and engineering goals
• Build and lead a high-performing team of SDET engineers, manual testers, and cross-functional assistants
• Establish scalable QA processes and metrics to measure quality across teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing QA teams
• Strong background in SaaS platforms, enterprise client delivery, or large-scale B2B applications
• Deep expertise in quality engineering processes, test automation, and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium)
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and familiarity with microservices architecture
