Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Monitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review processed orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with department guidelines
• Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in products and processing agents
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance agents' performance

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of G-Suite: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms
• Empathetic with good teamwork skills
• Open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent and comfortable in English
