Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-performance applications using best practices
• Design and maintain microservice-based architectures and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Lead code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD efforts while mentoring backend engineers

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in full software development lifecycle
• 4+ years with Python and frameworks like Flask/FastAPI
• Experience with MongoDB (especially MongoDB Atlas) and PyMongo
• Exposure to microservices architecture
