Description:
• Deep experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives
• Experience in a Scrum Leader role and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• 4+ years as a SM and Certified Scrum Master.
• API experience and SQL work.
• Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
• Deep knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desirable
• Excellent systems analysis skills
• Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject area
• Ability to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies
• Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
• Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
• Effective communication and people-interaction skills
• Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
• Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements
• Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems
