Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Associate to support their proposal process nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the proposal process for assigned opportunities
• Analyze RFI and RFP documents to identify missing information for proposal preparation
• Support internal and external negotiations related to opportunity management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget and/or text development or equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of proposal management software applications is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple tasks
