• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build a scalable and efficient CRM system

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in program management leading complex cross-functional programs
• Experience in a tech company or fintech environment
• Experience identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of transforming incomplete inputs into clear plans
• Experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms is a plus
