Senior Property Accountant - job 1 of 4

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to provide full cycle accounting support for the property management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily accounting functions for multiple regions and prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with GAAP
• Review and maintain accuracy of general ledgers, and support Property Accounting Managers with ad hoc projects
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for the accounting team, while coordinating with various departments for accounting accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience
• Experience in Public Accounting highly preferred
• Proficiency using Excel and Google Suite products
• Ability to multitask and work successfully under pressure
